Following on from our successful Self Help Group and Rural Livelihood Programme, in 2015 ARD introduced two new programs to support the women and their families in the following key areas:

* Reproductive and Child Health
* Functional Literacy for adolescent girls

In April 2026, ARD was forced to discontinue the Reproductive and Child Health programme due to the complexities of managing the programme from Australia. ARD was unsuccessful in its endeavours to find an Indian organisation that had the capacity to manage the prrogramme into the future.
